Surveying
Surveying services are the foundation of Ocean State Planners, Inc. as as well as many land use planning projects. Field survey crews, equipped with electronic Total Stations, collect data, which along with research information is compiled and evaluated by staff under regulatory agency criteria. This analysis will be followed by finish drafting performed by a computer-driven plotter. All work is in accordance with company and quality control standards.

Residential Design/Architectural Services
Ocean State Planners, Inc. has hundreds of stock house plans ready to be built. We can also prepare custom house plans from initial ideas to final construction documents. All of our plans are designed to meet state building codes.

Wetland Identification and Delineations
Ocean State Planners, Inc. has on staff a recognized expert in the field of wetland identification. Delineations are made based on DEM, DEP, and US Army Corps. requirements. Currently delineations have been accepted in the States of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our staff biologist holds a degree in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island and has worked extensively throughout the Rhode Island area.
